Development of motorization going hand in hand with elimination of internal market boundaries causes a significant increase of transboundary road accidents. Such accidents force the need to create an effective system of institutional victim protection. This monograph is the result of a systematic approach. It was created with the interests of protecting victims of road accidents, done so by overcoming interdisciplinary barriers. Those which exist between law and economics.
