Opis	Od momentu kiedy 1979 roku Sergiu Celibidache objął stanowisko głównego dyrygenta Filharmoników Monachijskich orkiestra ta osiągnęła niebywały poziom wykonawczy. Chwalono ją szczególnie za dbałość o szczegóły i przejrzystość faktury. Szczególnym nagraniem są symfonie Antona Brukcnera w wykonaniu tej orkiestry zarejestrowane w Filharmonii Monachijskiej i w Suntory Hall w Tokyo w latach 1990-1992. Pięć płyt DVD w pięknje szacie graficznej zawiera symfonie Brucknera: nr 4 Es-dur, nr 6 A-dur, nr 7 E-dur, Nr 8 c-moll.
